My goal is to provide a smooth and relaxing experience for all of my clients. I find a great amount of satisfaction in removing the stress and anxiety from the lending process.

Strong Real Estate Financing is Crucial

We can help you gain a competitive advantage.

Having rock-solid real estate financing in place will help you close on a new home.

We know that seems obvious, but over the course of 3 decades, we've seen a lot of "strong" real estate financing get chaotic during the closing process.  Even if you have pre-approved financing in place, we'd recommend you talk with us about how you're approaching it.  We have no skin in the game other than having a sincere and vested interest in helping you close on the perfect home for you.

Real Estate Financing Icon

Let us reiterate that we have no skin in Eric's role as VP of Mortage Banking.  We've simply worked with him through hundreds of transactions and feel, without question, that he's one of the best real estate finance/mortgage brokers in the industry.

Eric Rotner - VP Mortgage Banking at Commerce Home Mortgage in The San Francisco East Bay

After studying Managerial Economics, I spent six years in the mortgage industry before joining the Commerce Home Mortgage team seven years ago. At CHM, I guide my clients through the entire lending process. I’m there to provide help or advice whenever a client needs it, and I take pride in doing so. I’ve built many great long-term friendships during my time at CHM and I value those relationships greatly.

Outside of work, I spend time outdoors enjoying everything California has to offer. I enjoy traveling the world with my wife and kids and seeing how others live their lives. I am also a sports fanatic and have followed the San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, and San Francisco 49ers for as long as I can remember.
